Spa Day for Haley

Haley and Liam and Charlie arrived downtown at 10:15 so Haley could nurse little Charlie before her appointment at the Peninsula Hotel Spa. We walked over there for her 11:15 massage. When Haley came out in her bathrobe, she had sleepy eyes and a pink spot on her cheek. Totally asleep. Haley thought she might have snored... On our way out, we stopped at the Lobby restaurant because it is so beautiful and we heard they serve high tea. We made a reservation for 4:00.
Back at the apartment, we had panini sandwiches with chevre, arugula and sun dried tomatoes, and then everyone worked and relaxed. While Haley and Liam took a nap on our bed, Hawk and Charlie (and Sage) conked out on the green recliner.
We ordered the champagne high tea, which came with sandwiches, little cakes and tarts, and scones with lemon curd and devonshire cream.
Little Charlie didn't think it was nap time, so Haley cuddled her for a while. Her cries are so quiet, but Haliam hear them like they are really loud.
Liam took her for a walk. He discovered that a father holding a teeny baby can go just about anywhere in a fancy hotel.
We listend to a violin and a cello play up on that balcony. What a beautiful space. We ate so much that we weren't hungry for dinner at all. A perfect day.
