This is from the upstairs master bathroom, looking at the ocean through the madrone trees. We talked to the guy who has a mill, and he's going to mill up some of our downed madrones. If we can, we'll use the wood to make a bench in the entry way, the sides of the stairs, and maybe the tables that hold our sinks in the master bath. |
| And this is the view from our bedroom. We might be spending a little more time here than we usually spend in a bedroom. It's a huge room for us, big enough for furniture besides the bed. |

| Taine left us some cement troughs to divert the water from our driveway, a lot of water flows down the road straight toward our little guest house when it rains. Hawk used the pickaxe, he would not hold still. |
